Because of the tearing, wear and replacement problems experienced with wire mesh belt conveyors, we moved to the modular plastic belt design. In this system, which is easier to install and maintain than wire mesh belts, the turning diameters at the conveyor ends have been reduced, preventing small products from snagging in those gaps and being lost during transfer.
